How long does it take to install a 360º Slow Motion photobooths?
Generally, the physical setup—such as a 360º platform—takes approximately 45 minutes to install, while a 360º Track system requires about 60 minutes for setup.
As for the software, it is pre-programmed in advance, so it does not impact the installation time of the systems.

Are there other modes besides the "freeze" effect?
Yes, the “freeze” effect is the original effect, popularized in The Matrix movie saga. However, modern software now allows for adding a “delay” or “lag” to the capture of each camera or even grouping shots from different sets of cameras.
This makes it possible to achieve the “Jump and Freeze” effect, which involves using two sets of cameras. In the first set, the cameras have a delay in their shots, creating a motion effect, while the second set captures images simultaneously, resulting in a final sequence that starts with movement and ends with the freeze effect.
As the name suggests, Jump and Freeze captures the moment of a jump: the slight movement at the start of the leap and the freeze mid-air. This effect is also highly effective when applied to movements of dresses with trains, capturing their flow and elegance in a stunning way.
How many cameras are used in Camera Array/Bullet Time PhotoBooths?
There is no maximum number of cameras that can be used, as the more cameras there are, the greater the number of frames in the resulting video and the smoother the movement in the final result, thanks to a higher frame rate and more fluid motion.
However, there is a recommended minimum number of cameras: 12. This is because it is advisable to always use multiples of 24 fps.
The number of cameras used in Bullet Time is determined more by budget considerations than by technical limitations.
How long does it take to install a Bullet Time photobooths?
There is no exact installation time for a Bullet Time Photo Booth, as it depends directly on the number of cameras to be installed and calibrated, and indirectly on the environment.
The cameras are installed on a horizontal or vertical plane, and the calibration of each camera is what slows down the process. Each camera must be adjusted with millimeter precision using a physical template as a guide, ensuring the same parameters are applied to all cameras.
The more cameras there are, the longer the calibration process takes.
It’s also important to differentiate between outdoor and indoor installations, as camera calibration must be done under consistent conditions. For example, if one set of cameras is calibrated under direct sunlight while another is calibrated under cloudy conditions, the calibration results will be poor.
How are the cameras connected or how is the information transmitted to the software?
Initially, the cameras were connected via USB hubs, but computers typically have a limit of 13 devices per hub for optimal performance. While it’s possible to bypass this limitation in the computer’s BIOS, slight delays were often detected during simultaneous triggering, especially as the number of cameras increased.
The most effective solution is the use of Raspberry Pi’s connected in a network, with each Pi controlling a group of 4 cameras. This ensures optimal performance and precise synchronization during simultaneous triggering.
